Where we deliver

All seven emirates. We don't deliver outside the UAE at the moment.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days of payment being confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: holidays, weather and remote addresses can add time.

We deliver your order ourselves or through our delivery partners, and we may call the mobile number you gave us to arrange it. Please make sure the number and address are right.

If delivery fails

If we can't reach you or the address is wrong, we'll try to contact you to arrange another attempt. Tell us as soon as you can if you notice a mistake in your address.

If something arrives damaged

Please see our returns and refunds policy, and tell us within 3 days of delivery.
