Who you're buying from

The seller is COSMERA COLLECTIVE LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, UAE, trade licence 2647692.01.

Our perfumes

Some of our perfumes are described as inspired by a well-known fragrance. They are Cosmera's own products. They aren't made by, or connected with, the house or brand named.

Bottle photos are a guide, and colours can look slightly different on screen. Perfume is for external use only. Please check the ingredients if you have allergies, and stop using it if it irritates your skin.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams, and the price shown at checkout is what you pay. Cosmera isn't VAT-registered at present, so no VAT is charged.

Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. We check prices and stock again when you place an order, and tell you if anything has changed.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when your payment is confirmed and we email you. Stock is held for a short time while you pay. If the time runs out, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.

If we can't fulfil an order that has been paid, for example because of a stock or pricing error, we'll tell you and refund it in full.

Delivery and returns

Our delivery policy and our returns and refunds policy form part of these terms.

Liability

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered with reasonable care. We aren't responsible for delays or losses beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits any liability or rights that can't be limited under UAE law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in place when you ordered applies to your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.
