What we collect

When you order: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, any notes you add, and what you bought. We also record when you agreed to our terms, along with your browser type and a scrambled form of your IP address that can't be read back.

When you use the contact form: your name, email, the message and any order number you give.

We don't receive your card details. Stripe handles them. You don't need an account to shop with us.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send your confirmation and invoice by email, answer your messages, prevent fraud and misuse, and keep the records the law requires. We don't send marketing, and we don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only those who help us run the shop, and only what they need: Stripe for payments, our website hosting and database providers, our email provider, and whoever delivers your order. We may also share information where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process information outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as accounting and legal rules require, and contact messages for as long as we need to deal with them.

Your browser

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we aren't required to keep.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its date.
